The Freshworks integration connector includes the Trigger ‘Get New and Updated Objects Polling’ which enables it to be used as the first connector in a flow. You can also specify which object type should be included in the trigger.
The Freshworks integration connector contains a wide range of actions to enable automated management of your CRM resources and connected systems. Actions include Raw-requests and Bulk actions, Upsert, Delete, Lookup.
This is a proprietary connector. It was created especially to be used in the integration flows of the elastic.io platform and is included by default.
