The Router integration connector is there for you to use the so called Content-Based Routing messaging pattern in the integration flows.
With the help of this pattern, you can navigate each message to the correct recipient application based on content of the message.
About Router integration connector
This is elastic.io’s own private connector and it was developed specifically for the elastic.io platform. The Router is an action connector only, which means that it will be available for you to choose only after you have selected a trigger.
There are quite a few application possibilities of the Router integration connector. For example, you can set it up together with your ERP the way so that you get alerted if the stock drops below a certain number. Or you can connect it with a calendar and a PBX the way that the system checks your availability for each incoming phone call, and either connects the caller with you or offers them to make an appointment for later.
