Syncing data shouldn't be hard or complicated
Generic / polling:
- A new object was created or an existing object was updated in SAP ByDesign. The objects are selectable in a dropdown menu and can be fetched all or emitted individually.
- The examples of these objects are:
- A new Material was created in SAP ByD
- An existing Sales Order was updated
- Certain changes happened in Accounts
- A new Customer Contract was created in SAP ByDesign
Fundamental:
- A custom or built-in object in Salesforce is created (e.g. Account, Contact, Lead, Contract, Product)
- A custom or built-in object was updated in Salesforce
Advanced:
- An SOQL query returned a result:
- For example: Check the account and contact associated with a recently updated opportunity or Set the currency to the corporate currency when a new opportunity is created
- Receive Salesforce platform events as notification such as “a new order placement” or “order was shipped” upon their creation
Generic:
- Call a certain service for specified binding and operation on the SAP Business ByDesign platform.
- You can choose a binding as well as an operation either by service or by port.
- Examples of operations are Find By Elements, Production Order Query By Overview, or Determine.
- For example, you can use this connector to:
- Determine availability of products when a new order come in, return sales orders that meet the specified parameters, update price lists in SAP ByDesign, or automatically sync customer information and accounts
Fundamental:
- Create a new object in Salesforce (e.g. Account, Lead, Contact, Opportunity)
- Create or update a selected object in Salesforce
- Delete an object in Salesforce by a selected field (e.g. Account ID or Contract ID)
- Lookup a list of objects that satisfy specific criteria
- Lookup an object available in Salesforce by a selected field (e.g. Account ID or Contract ID)
Advanced:
- Filter your organization’s data for specific information using SOQL
- Quickly load large amounts of data from CSV file into Salesforce - bulk create/update/delete/upsert action
